Man in hospital after shooting

Police

A man has been shot in both legs in west Belfast.

The shooting was reported to police at about 2200 BST on Thursday. It happened in the Creeslough Park area of the city.

The man was taken to hospital, but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Police would like to talk to anyone who was in the area, or who saw a yellow Hyundai car being driven suspiciously at the time of the shooting.
