About 50 workers have been evacuated from Harland and Wolff shipyard after a fire on a ship at Belfast Harbour.

The fire, which broke out on a ship berthed at Workman's Road, Queen's Island, at about 1000 BST, has since been extinguished.

There are no reports of any injuries. However, police and fire crews are at the scene and a hazard zone of 200 metres has been set up.

A police spokesperson said the ship was being repaired when the fire broke out.
