Four questioned over jewels theft

Police have arrested four men for questioning in connection with the theft of jewellery worth £20,000 in a County Londonderry town.

The men, all aged in their 20s, were arrested following a number of house searches in Coleraine on Thursday.

A yellow and white scooter, ridden by a person with black clothes, was seen being driven the wrong way along Brook Street at around 1650 BST.

Police want to hear from anyone who may have seen a scooter in the area.
