Probe after farmer killed by bull

The farmer was killed by a bull in County Tyrone

An investigation is to be carried out after a farmer was killed by a bull in County Tyrone.

The incident happened in Aghamoyle near Omagh on Friday afternoon.

The Health and Safety Executive has been informed and police are preparing a report for the coroner. The victim was aged in his late 50s.

Last month, a 72-year-old farmer was mauled to death by a bull at his County Antrim farm. Hugh Hamill was found dead on his land near Carnlough.
