An 18-year-old man and a juvenile have appeared in court charged in connection with a series of burglaries in south Belfast.

A barristers wig, laptop computers and cash were among items stolen during three break-ins over the past three weeks.

Thomas Bacon, from the Donegall Road, was remanded in custody while the youth was released on bail.

Both will appear in court again next month.
