The work is to improve safety at the airport

Residents whose houses are to be demolished to make way for runway improvements at City of Derry airport have less than 48 hours to leave.
Derry City Council says it will proceed with enforcement of the vesting order if they do not vacate their homes by 1 March.
The 17 homes on Donnybrewer Road have to be knocked down to allow for the airport's safety scheme.
Some residents say they were not given enough time to find new homes.
Derry City Council owns all the properties after a vesting order came into effect last August.
In a statement, the council said the Enforcements of Judgements office will assess individual circumstances, and they will continue to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
"Derry City Council recognises the need to facilitate former property owners during this difficult and distressing period and to ensure they achieve the maximum available compensation," it said.
The Department of Environment has said it is considering a proposal over rent for the 17 families forced from their homes.
The DoE said Derry City Council asked them to approve compensation for interim rental payments.
In a statement, the department said it was "approached by the council to discuss how best to submit a formal application for approval in respect of compensation for interim rental payments as part of a wider package of compensation for those affected.
"The department is considering the council's approach and will respond as soon as possible."
Two homes have already been demolished, and most homeowners are making plans to move out.
