Two more arrests in murder probe

Another two men have been arrested by police investigating the murder of a man in Belfast, police have said.

John Mongan, 30, a member of the Travelling community, was attacked with machetes and hatchets by a gang who burst into his Fallswater Street home.

Two men aged 18 and 38 were arrested at separate locations in Londonderry on Saturday afternoon.

Six men are now being questioned in connection with Thursday's killing.

A 68-year-old woman was released pending further enquiries.

Meanwhile, police have issued an appeal for information about the movements of a green Isuzu Trooper between 0200 and 0230 GMT on Thursday.
