Siblings killed on way to funeral
Police at crash scene
The accident happened on the outskirts of Enniskillen
The brother and sister who died in a car crash in County Fermanagh on New Year's Eve were Thomas Maughan, 16, and his 21-year-old sister, Siobhan.

They had travelled from England to attend their grandmother's funeral and were on the way to the Mass in Irvinestown when the accident happened.

Their car was in collision with another car on Irvinestown Road, Enniskillen, at 0930 GMT on Monday.

They died at the scene. The driver of the other car suffered back injuries.

Heavy rain at the time had led to poor driving conditions.

Accidents on NI's roads claimed 112 lives in 2007.
