Police are investigating a spate of acts of criminal damage in south Belfast.

A PSNI spokesperson said vehicles and a building were damaged during the incidents which took place in the Holyland area early on Saturday.

Eight cars were damaged and paint was sprayed on a local guesthouse causing several hundred pounds worth of damage.

The spokesperson asked for anyone with information about the incidents to contact detectives.
