Man's body found in submerged car
Police tape
A man's body has been recovered from a car in the Moyola River.

The discovery was made a week after a member of the public reported to police he had seen tyre tracks leading into the water at a bridge on the river.

Police officers subsequently checked the scene at Derrynoid Road, Draperstown, but found nothing.

However, on Saturday another member of the public spotted a car in the river. Police say they are treating the incident as a fatal accident.
