Minister 'withheld' legal advice
Margaret Ritchie
Ms Ritchie is accused of withholding legal advice
Finance Minister Peter Robinson has accused Social Development Minister Margaret Ritchie of withholding legal advice from him.

The advice related to her decision to axe funding to a UDA-linked initiative.

Mr Robinson claims the SDLP minister has fallen short of undertakings that she has acknowledged making and is therefore in breach of Stormont rules.

This, he says, is regardless of last week's controversy over the minutes of an executive meeting on the matter.
