Bullets sent to Sinn Fein members

The office was badly damaged in a fire last month
A brick has been thrown through the window of a Sinn Fein office in County Fermanagh which was badly damaged in a suspicious fire last month.

An envelope containing bullets and a note, purporting to be from the Red Hand Defenders, threatening three party members was attached to the missile.

Sinn Fein's Thomas O'Reilly said the attack in Lisnaskea was very worrying.

Mr O'Reilly appealed to unionist representatives and clergymen to help bring the attacks to an end.

"There is a clear responsibility on local politicians, community and church leaders to use their influence within the unionist/loyalist community to come out against all sectarian threats or attacks," he said.

Police have appealed for anyone with information about the attack, which happened at about 1330 BST on Thursday, to contact them.
