Lough body 'no longer suspicious'
Police search
Police cordoned off a nearby car park
The police are no longer treating as suspicious the death of a woman whose body was found at a County Fermanagh beauty spot.

It follows a post-mortem examination on the woman who was found dead in the water at Lower Lough Erne, near Beleek.

A man walking his dog found her body at about 2000 BST on Thursday.

Police later examined a car close to the scene. The police have not disclosed the identity of the woman, who was in her early 30s.

The police operation involved a motor launch which was anchored in the lough and a PSNI helicopter.

Forensic officers examined the scene. A nearby car park was cordoned off.

The spot where the body was found is about 20 miles from Enniskillen, on the main road to Donegal, in the Republic of Ireland.

It is the starting point for a walking trail.
