Ihab Shoukri had been in England

Loyalist Ihab Shoukri is out of jail again after the High Court refused a police request to revoke his bail.
Shoukri, 33, was arrested last week on a charge of handling stolen goods.
The judge said there was room for argument as to how Shoukri came to be in possession of currency stolen in a raid in Larne on St Patrick's Day.
Shoukri is on bail on charges of being a UDA and UFF member. He was allowed back to NI from England earlier this month when his conditions were altered.
Shoukri is accused of managing a meeting in support of the UDA/UFF in the Alexandra Bar in north Belfast a year ago.
He has been living at a secret address since his return, but the court was told on Tuesday that police no longer approve of the secret address because of renewed threats to his life.
The judge said if a suitable alternative address could not be agreed then the matter should come back before him.
