Bail for man quizzed about death

Man's body was found in the Shankill estate in Lurgan
Police have released on bail a man arrested over a death in Lurgan.

Paul Andrew Magee, 39, of Woodville Street in the town was found dead at about 0330 GMT on Thursday. The death is being treated as suspicious.

In Lisburn, police are treating the discovery of a man's body near flats in the Killaney Avenue area as suspicious.

Meanwhile, in Londonderry, the police are investigating the circumstances of the death of a woman in her 60s but it is understood no crime is suspected.

In the incident in Lurgan, Mr Magee's body was found in the Shankill Street-Prospect Way area of the Shankill estate, near the town centre, shortly after 0330 GMT on Thursday.

Police appealed for anyone who heard an altercation in the area to contact them.
