Four people have escaped injury in a petrol bomb attack on a house in County Antrim.

Two devices were thrown at the premises in Charcoal Way, Cullybackey, at about 0145 GMT on Saturday. Minor scorch damage was caused.

Police are examining a possible racist motive for the attack. Three of the people living in the house are Polish nationals.

A number of items have been seized for examination.

The police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them or use the Crimestoppers number.

Meanwhile in Newtownabbey, police investigating arson attacks on two cars said a possible racial motive was being looked at.

The cars were both set alight at Fernagh Avenue early on Sunday.
