It is not yet known how many jobs are to go
Jobs are to be lost at a north Belfast call centre run by the American company Teletech.

A spokeswoman refused to say how many people were being made redundant at the firm's premises in Duncairn Gardens.

Teletech employs more than 200 people in NI and recently won a contract to handle enquires for the government's valuation and lands agency.

The company, which was launched with an IDB grant in 2000, had plans to employ up to 900 people.
