Pipe bomb explodes outside house
The device exploded at the front of the property
A house has been attacked with a pipe bomb in County Armagh.

At about 0130 BST, the device was thrown at the house in the Avenue Road area of Lurgan, landing just in front of the property where it exploded.

No-one was in the house at the time. A number of windows were smashed in nearby properties, but there were no reports of any injuries.

A motive for the incident is still under investigation, the police have said.

They have appealed for anyone with information about it to contact them.
