The 19-year-old who died following a car crash in County Tyrone was Janeen Black from Aughafad Road, Pomeroy.
The car she was in was involved in a collision with another vehicle on the Tullyvar Road near Dungannon just after 2130 BST on Saturday.
Another person in the car was also taken to hospital, but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The driver of the other car was not hurt. Police have warned motorists to take extra care during holiday periods.
Situation
Inspector Alwyn Barton said: "The four main causes of death on our roads are excess speed... driving carelessly or dangerously, not wearing their seat belts, or driving with drink or drugs.
"It is a timely reminder. It is very important that road users grasp the reality of the situation, next time, this could be you being lifted out of this car."
Three teenagers, including twin brothers, were killed in a car crash in east Belfast on Saturday.
The 19-year-old twins were passengers in the car which was being driven by their 18-year-old friend.
The accident, which involved one vehicle, took place on the Ballygowan Road near the city's eastern outskirts.
A neighbour of the twins, Laurence Kennedy, paid tribute to them.
"It's a terrible tragedy for everyone in the area, especially their mother and father, they were two good lads," he said.
Accidents on Northern Ireland's roads have claimed 39 lives this year.
