Environmental health authorities and trading standards offices across the UK have been put on alert about meat from a cold store in County Fermanagh.
The Food Standards Agency is leading the inquiry at the premises, which is run by Euro Freeze Ireland Limited.
The cold store's contents have been retained, and its licence suspended.
An inquiry into alleged repackaging and re-labelling started after the premises were visited by Department of Agriculture officials and police.
