Drivers could find application forms a thing of the past

Most drivers in Northern Ireland are unaware they can book MOT and driving tests by telephone, it has been revealed.
The Driver and Vehicle Testing Agency said 70% of car owners book and pay for their appointment at their DVTA centre.
The new service is part of a government drive to improve public services through information technology.
Stanley Duncan, DVTA chief executive, said the system could mean the end of application forms.
"Users no longer have to go out of their way to visit one of our centres, saving time, effort and money in the process," he said.
