Appeal for fatal crash witnesses

A man has died in a road accident in County Tyrone.

The accident happened on Carnteel Road in Aughnacloy shortly after 0630 BST on Saturday. The man was in a car which was in collision with a lorry.

Police have appealed for any witnesses to contact them. The road was closed for a time after the accident but it has since reopened.

So far this year, 94 people have been killed in accidents on Northern Ireland's roads.
