Six men being questioned by police about a weekend disturbance in Londonderry have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
They were arrested after two men were allegedly attacked at a house in the Waterside area.
The incident happened at a house in Bentley Terrace early on Sunday.
It is believed a number of people broke away from a crowd, forced their way into the house and attacked the men.
The group then moved to a filling station on Glendermott Road.
When police arrived on the scene, they had to use CS spray and batons when the crowd turned on them.
The two injured men were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police said they were investigating a sectarian motive for the attack.
