A major wholesale cash and carry operator has announced plans to create a further 250 jobs in Northern Ireland.
The firm Makro is to build a complex at the former Du Pont site in Londonderry.
The company intends to develop a customer base in the north-west of the province.
Makro has 30 purpose built cash-and-carry wholesale stores across the UK, including one in Dunmurry, just south of Belfast.
The UK company has a turnover of more than £1bn and employs 7,500 staff.
Makro is just one of the firms attracted to Du Pont's site of almost 140 acres close to its Maydown complex which is being turned into a new business park.
