Daniel McGurk: Murder victim
Two men arrested in connection with the murder of a west Belfast father-of-six last month have been released without charge.
Daniel McGurk, 35, was shot dead at his home in the nationalist lower Falls area of the city on 17 August.
His family have blamed dissident republican paramilitaries for the killing.
The two men were arrested on Thursday morning, but later freed, the police said.
Residents said Mr McGurk was shot several times after he opened the door of his home in Ross Road to the gunmen.
Mr McGurk who was hit in the chest, thigh and ankle was taken to the nearby Royal Victoria Hospital, where he later died.
Neighbours said his wife and some of his children were at home at the time of the shooting.
Police have issued a fresh appeal for anyone with information to contact them.
