The Clinton visit: Itinerary
![]() A man who feeds off the adulation of crowds
While Bill Clinton has relinquished power as the president of the United States, his schedule is still planned down to the last minute.
During his visit to Northern Ireland, he is visiting Londonderry on Wednesday and then travels to Enniskillen in County Fermanagh on Thursday. Wednesday's itinerary 1415 BST - Mr Clinton's plane touches down at the City of Derry Airport. 1515 BST - He will meet church leaders and university staff at Magee College in Derry. Mr Clinton will announce the inauguration of a new WJ Clinton scholarship for a degree programme at the University of Ulster for people from disadvantaged communities.
1630 BST - The former president will attend a private reception in the Guildhall council chamber. 1730 BST - Mr Clinton will make an address at Guildhall Square in Derry.
2000 BST - Londonderry Chamber of Commerce will host a private dinner at the Everglades Hotel. Thursday's itinerary 1030 BST - Mr Clinton will arrive at the INTEC Centre in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, to meet members of Fermanagh district council and the Fermanagh University Partnership Board. 1045 BST - The former US leader will meet representatives of the families of the Enniskillen Remembrance Day Bomb.
1105 BST - He will be given a tour of the new Clinton Peace Centre with the builders and architects. 1110 BST - Mr Clinton will meet local church representatives and unveil a window inscription for the Clinton Peace Centre.
1130 BST - He arrives at Enniskillen town hall. 1200 BST - The former president will make an address and will be joined by his daughter Chelsea Clinton. He will make an announcement regarding the Clinton Peace Centre. 1830 BST - Mr Clinton arrives in Belfast where an honorary doctorate laws is to be conferred upon him by Queen's University. The ceremony will take place at the Waterfront Hall in the centre of the city.
