NUMBER SEQUENCES

In each question, find the number that continues the series in the most sensible way.

15. 16, 17, 18, 18, 20, 19, ____

Answer: 22 - The correct sequence follows the first, third, fifth, and seventh numbers. They each increase by 2 (16, 18, 20, 22) so the seventh number will be 22. The second, fourth and sixth numbers increase by 1

It should take just under 10 minutes to do at a rate of about 37 seconds per question - as it would be in the real 11 plus test.
