Voting has now finished in the second round of our annual photo competition on the theme of 'Rock n Roll'.

The winner was Henri F. Migala (picture six) who polled just over 20% of the vote. The runner-up was Adam Beuagh (picture two) on 19%, ahead of Laura Ward Swielinska (picture 12) on 14%.

What happens next

So our congratulations go to Henri and Adam whose pictures will go forward to the final when you will be able to decide who is awarded the title of BBC News website Photographer of the Year.

High standard

We had more than 3,500 entries for the first round and have already received many for subsequent themes.
