It's time to vote for your favourite picture in the second round of our annual photo competition. The theme was 'Rock 'n' Roll'.

Voting will close at 10am BST on Friday 18 August.

What happens next

The winning pictures will go forward to the final when you will be able to decide who is awarded the title of BBC News website Photographer of the Year.

High standard

We had more than 1500 entries for the second round and have already received many for subsequent themes.
