Duchess hosts Highgrove WI party

Camilla meets fellow WI members

The Duchess of Cornwall has invited members of the Gloucestershire Federation of the Women's Institute to a party at Highgrove.

The duchess is planning to host a reception celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Gloucestershire WI.

Her Royal Highness joined the local branch at Tetbury in March 2006, which is one of 152 WIs with 5,000 members in the county.

WI members learn new skills and share friendship with like-minded people.

Other events held to mark the anniversary include a craft exhibition at Tewkesbury Abbey and Christmas concerts at Cheltenham Town Hall with Aled Jones.
