Teenagers face thatch fire charge

A teenage boy and girl have been charged with setting fire to the thatched roof of a house in Wiltshire.

The pair, a 14-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, from Amesbury, are accused of setting fire to the property in the town on Friday night.

They will face a charge of arson with intent to endanger life at South East Wiltshire Court on 28 July.

A 16-year-old boy who was also arrested after the incident has been released without charge.
