Flood experts hold public meeting

The Environment Agency is to hold a public question and answer meeting on proposed improvements to flood defences for Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Topics include a report on flood and coastal risk management and an update on action taken following the Pitt Review of the 2007 floods.

Mark Rice, from the Agency, said this was a chance to "ask experts the questions you've always wanted to ask".

The meeting will be held later at the Manor Hotel in Yeovil.
