A student from Wiltshire is recovering at home after contracting swine flu. It is believed the girl had close contact with a pupil at Prior Park School in Bath, where there have been 17 cases of the virus in Year 9. Head teacher of Devizes School, Malcolm Irons, said the school would remain open. "There are no concerns at the moment, we've sent parents advice in a letter which explains to them what they have to do," Mr Irons said. "Anybody identified as being a close contact with a case of swine flu will be informed and offered preventative anti-virals. "Those who have not been in close contact with a case of swine flu do not require anti-virals. Children and adults who do not have flu-like symptoms or have not been confirmed as having swine flu should continue their daily routines as normal." "Measures are being put into place to monitor the situation closely and it will be kept under review," Mr Irons added.
