A photography competition has been launched to mark the 100 days left before the creation of a new council for Wiltshire.

Staff at Wiltshire County Council contributed the first picture which shows staff forming the number 100.

The second image in the competition features minister John Healey posing alongside the number 99

Over the next three months, roadshows and exhibitions are planned to help people find out about the new council.

Wiltshire County Council hopes the competition will raise awareness of the new county.

The competition invites entrants to send photographs featuring the numbers between 100 and 1.

Three winners will be selected and each could win an iPod portable music player.
