Inquiry starts after body found

The body was discovered at around 1230 BST at the house

The body of an elderly man has been found at a home in Landford near Salisbury in Wiltshire.

The body was discovered at around 1230 BST and the death is being treated as suspicious.

Wiltshire police have set up an incident room at Salisbury police station and the investigation is being led by Dep Supt Steve Fulcher.

Later police said: "A number of people were arrested on suspicion of murder and are in custody."
