Programme aimed at summer boredom

A programme aimed at getting young people active during summer is being launched by police in Wiltshire.

The Splash-Wiltshire programme will target nine-to-16-year-olds with a range of activities.

Activities include fishing, outdoor activities, dance workshops and art projects.

The Splash TAP programme will include young people excluded from school or who have emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The TAP programme will offer 11 projects including an extreme sports programme.
