Neville and Cheryl De'ath were both killed
A Polish lorry driver has been sentenced to four years in jail after pleading guilty to two counts of causing death by dangerous driving.

Neville and Cheryl De'ath, from Essex, were both killed in the crash on the A303 in March.

Szczygick's lorry hit their car on the road at Keysley Down. The court heard that he had been driving for nearly 10 hours without a break.

Szczygick was jailed at Salisbury Crown Court on Thursday.

Mrs De'ath died at the scene and her husband, who was driving, died after being flown to hospital.

In a statement, their family said: "As a family we are devastated. We feel today's outcome may not bring them back, but we can now grieve and move on.

"We would like to add that we feel for the driver's family in Poland."

Szczygick was also banned for driving in the UK for five years.
