Motor home is stolen by armed man

A man had his motor home stolen at gunpoint in Wiltshire, police have revealed.

The robbery happened in the village of Upton Scudamore in the early hours of Monday morning.

Although the motor home was taken by the armed offender, its owner "fought back" and managed to recover the vehicle, said police.

Trowbridge CID are investigating and are appealing for witnesses. No further details have been released.
