Further arrests in cannabis raid
Two more people have been arrested in connection with police raids on another cannabis factory in Swindon.

A 51-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman are being quizzed after the raid on a house in Alexandra Road, Swindon.

Five others arrested earlier have been charged with being concerned in the production of a controlled drug.

One was remanded to appear at Swindon Crown Court next month. The other four were remanded to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court, also in August.

Police investigating cannabis cultivation in the town as part of Operation Dali seized equipment and plants from houses at Edgar Row, Wroughton, and Downland Close, Redhouse, on Tuesday.

Detectives have repeated their appeal for anyone with information about the raids to contact Wiltshire Police or Crimestoppers.
