'Ghostbusters' visit town theatre
Ghostly goings-on at a Wiltshire theatre are to be investigated by a team of researchers.

Members of the Paranormal Site Investigators (PSI) will spend Saturday night at Swindon's Wyvern theatre to record their findings.

A spokesman for PSI said although a modern building was an unusual place for such activity, there is no evidence such a place could not be haunted.

A range of scientific instruments will be used to record their findings.

The spokesman said: "We are planning to use environmental monitoring instruments to measure electromagnetic field fluctuations, negative ion field, humidity, air pressure, spot and atmospheric temperature.

"The team will also use electro voice phenomena recorders and ultrasound detectors to monitor sounds beyond the normal range of human hearing.

"Finally infra-red boosted video cameras, digital cameras, 35mm cameras and 3d cameras are rigged up in an attempt to record any unusual occurrences," he said.
