Man dies in farm quad bike crash

A man has died after the quad bike he was riding overturned on a farm track in Wiltshire.

The man was riding the four-wheeled 500cc vehicle on land at Steeple Langford, near Salisbury, when the crash happened on Tuesday morning.

It is believed he lost control of the bike as he drove towards the A36, causing it to flip over.

The man was thrown from the vehicle, suffering serious injuries. He was taken to hospital but died later.
