Alicia Hempleman-Adams braved bitterly cold conditions on her walk

The teenage daughter of explorer David Hempleman-Adams has completed her own Arctic adventure ahead of time.
Alicia Hempleman-Adams experienced -50F (-46C) temperatures and strong winds to finish the 200-mile traverse of Baffin Island in northern Canada in 10 days.
Her 48-year-old father said he was proud of her but also a bit "miffed" that at 15 she had completed the journey faster than him.
He travelled to Baffin Island to meet her at the finish line.
Due to a satellite phone error he had not heard from Alicia for four days and had planned to set out to find her when she appeared ahead of schedule.
'Frozen lakes'
On Thursday, over a champagne breakfast in a warm hotel in Pangnirtung, in northern Canada, Mr Hempleman-Adams said: "I'm extremely proud, of course.
"I always wanted her to enjoy it. It has certainly given her a new dimension, I think, and maturity."
Alicia said: "It is a really good feeling. I'm glad we completed it. It's more of an achievement.
"We were walking up waterfalls and mountains. When we got to the top it was all frozen lakes and then we had to come down over the last three days.
"It was a great achievement getting to the top because we knew we were almost there."
Alicia was accompanied on the Boost Polar Challenge by her PE teacher Jo Simmons from Stonar School, near Atworth, in Wiltshire.
