CCTV footage in cigarette scams

Police have released CCTV footage of a woman they want to speak to in connection with a scam in Wiltshire.

A woman bought two cartons of cigarettes at two supermarkets - Tesco in Trowbridge and Safeway in Warminster - before handing one back.

The returned unwrapped cartons were later found to contain boxes of cigarettes stuffed with card.

Pc Simon Guerri-Fear said: "What makes this stand out is the effort and degree of accuracy in the packaging."

Anyone with information is asked to call Trowbridge police or call Crimestoppers.
