Two men dragged from car by gang
Two men were dragged from their car, attacked and robbed by a gang of 10 youths as they left a supermarket.

The pair had just returned to their car which was parked behind the Co-op store in Downton, Wiltshire, when they were set upon by the group of teenagers.

Their attackers - both male and female - dragged them from the car and stole their wallets, mobile phones and keys.

Police investigating the assault, at 10.40pm on Friday, have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

The victims were left extremely shaken by the ordeal.

A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: "This is a particularly nasty attack on two visitors to the Downton area, and we are keen to deal swiftly with the offenders, who are believed to be locals."
