Two accidents caused rush hour hold-ups on two major roads in the region on Friday afternoon.
An accident involving four vehicles, including a coach, partially blocked a single carriageway section of the A303 near Winterbourne Stoke, Wiltshire.
Police said the road was cleared by 1730 BST. The coach is understood to have continued on its journey.
A three-vehicle crash on the M4 westbound between junctions 16 and 17 in the county also caused delays.
