Center Parcs, Longleat
Up to 50 guests have contracted the virus
More than 50 guests have gone down with a virus at the Center Parcs holiday resort at Longleat in Wiltshire.

The symptoms include sickness and diarrhoea and health officials are trying to establish the cause.

Cleaners have been brought in to disinfect the resort which is still open, and guests are being warned as they arrive.

A spokesman for Center Parcs said: "We are working closely with environmenal health to identify the problem.

"There have been some cases of vomiting and diarrhoea but the percentage of people affected is incredibly small.

"All guests and staff are being informed and help and advice is available from our medical centre on the Village.

"We are asking any guests who develops symptoms not to mix with other guests and to remain in their villa."
