No action against nursery worker

No further action is to be taken against a nursery worker from Leeds who was arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault last month.

The 32-year-old woman was arrested on 16 October following reports about an alleged incident at an unnamed centre in the south of Leeds.

The woman, who has not been named, had been released on bail pending further investigation.

West Yorkshire Police said all parties involved had been visited by officers.

In a statement the force said: "Following inquiries, no further action will be taken against the 32-year-old woman arrested as part of the investigation.

"All parties involved have been visited personally by officers from West Yorkshire Police's Child and Public Protection Unit to be informed of the decision."
