A property firm owned by a Leeds businessman is in administration.
Administrators from Begbies Traynor Group have been appointed to residential and commercial property firm SRM Holdings.
The firm is owned by 31-year-old property tycoon and former Leeds United director Simon Morris.
Begbies Traynor confirmed to the BBC it was handling the administration. Mr Morris's personal fortune was estimated at £69m last year.
SRM Holdings, based at Brewery Wharf in Leeds, owns a portfolio of more than 500 properties, mostly flats, in the city and employs 30 people.
Earlier this year Mr Morris featured in a BBC Panorama documentary which alleged that his firm sold student flats to buy-to-let investors at inflated prices.
In August 2007, he was injured in a shotgun attack while driving in Leeds.
