The inquest into the death of a toddler found at her home in Leeds will be opened later.
Casey Leigh Mullen was discovered dead at a house in Oak Tree Crescent in Gipton last month.
Her uncle, 21-year-old Michael Mullen, of Lawrence Road, Leeds, is in custody and will go on trial later this year charged with her rape and murder.
A post-mortem examination found that Casey Leigh died from compression of the neck.
The inquest into Casey Leigh's death will be opened at Leeds Coroner's Court.
