Police issued footage of Mr Fulbirg at a fairground

Police investigating the death of a man whose dismembered remains were dumped in a lay-by will deliver leaflets to 500 homes in an appeal for information.
Parts of Leonard Fulbirg's skeleton were found near Keighley in March 1997 but were only recently identified.
The 49-year-old went missing from his brother's home in Bradford in 1996.
Officers hope the leaflets and a poster campaign in the Bierley-area of Bradford, where Mr Fulbirg was known, will prompt someone to come forward.
Bierley meeting
Det Supt Phil Sedgwick said Mr Fulbirg had intended to meet a friend at McDonald's, Rooley Lane in Bierley on the day he disappeared.
"We will be conducting an information appeal specifically to the people of Bierley," he said.
"We know that Lennie had associates in this area and we believe people living in Bierley may have information that can assist our enquiry."
The posters and leaflets ask residents whether they knew the victim, if they saw him in August 1996, whether they knew why he was murdered and if they have any information about the crime.
Mr Fulbirg has been described by police as a "rogue" with a conviction for indecently assaulting an under-age girl.
He also had a number of convictions for dishonesty.
Mr Fulbirg was originally from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, had been married four times and fathered up to 32 children with a number of women.
Earlier this month detectives released video footage of the victim at a funfair in the hope it would job someone's memory.
A 38-year-old woman from Bradford and a 38-year-old man from Dewsbury arrested in connection with the inquiry have been released on police bail.
